As you've likely gathered, we here at Morehart Murphy Regional Auto Center had many a reason to celebrate in 2013. Not only did the 2014 Ram 1500 secure a back-to-back victory as Motor Trend's Truck of the Year, but the Jeep Brand had a year like you wouldn't believe.

In 2013, 731,565 Jeep vehicles made their way to satisfied customers across the globe. Not only did it make for a 4% global sales increase and a 3% sales increase in the US, but it was also enough to secure a new all-time global sales record.

As if that wasn't enough . . .

"Jeep vehicles have now recorded sales increases both globally and in the US market for four consecutive years, with back-to-back global sales records," says Mike Manley, President and CEO of the Jeep Brand. "Customers clearly appreciate the new Jeep vehicle lineup that delivers vastly improved on-road driving dynamics and fuel efficiency, in addition to legendary, benchmark 4x4 capability."1

As for the best-seller that helped them reach this momentous occasion, all signs point to the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with sales of 255,005 units across the globe and 174,275 units in the States. Then again, milestones like these are always the result of a team effort.

So if you'd like to see what all the fuss is about, your test drive awaits at our dealership here in Durango, CO. Because if things keep going like they're going, 2014 ought to be a year for the ages.
