You know a vehicle has made its mark when its name remains on the tongue tips of drivers for generations. Such is the case with the Jeep Wrangler, the shape of which has only changed minimally since its introduction. A favorite amongst custom builders, a fairly exciting variant was debuted ahead of the Moab Safari coming up in a few weeks.
The Trailcat, seen above, is one of seven models debuted for this year's event (the 50th iteration). As you can see, it's quite a looker with that green paint, blacked out front end, and 39.5 inch wheels. But there's more to the story. The Jeep brand has allocated a supercharged V8 engine--the same as the Hellcat SRTs--making it the first (prototype) Wrangler Hellcat.
Production potential is up in the air, but even if the answer is no, we can still dream!
